Refunds & Claims

Modern Theory does not offer refunds for taste preferences, lack of results, change of mind, incorrect orders, or opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, email jonathan.goff@leadzilla.com within 30 days of delivery—or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a photo or description of the issue.

We will submit the claim to our fulfillment partner. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement whenever possible or issue a refund when approved. We do not accept returns to a personal address.
