These Terms of Service govern your use of moderntheoryproject.com and purchases from Modern Theory, operated by Marlo Labs LLC.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
Products and claims
Modern Theory sells dietary supplements. Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow the product label and consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition.
Orders and payment
Prices, product availability, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Stripe processes payments securely on our behalf.
We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is added separately at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control may occur.
Refunds and claims
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refunds & Claims Policy. We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, lack of results, change of mind, or opened or used products.
Intellectual property
The Modern Theory name, logo, site design, written content, images, and other site materials belong to Marlo Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use them without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitations
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marlo Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
